About me

A mother to two grown up children, working in a highly stressful role in education, dealing with life’s challenges was all part and parcel of my daily routine, that was until my body told me no more! I found myself in hospital with a life-threatening condition, however, I knew deep down I was going to be okay. Why? Because, I had dabbled with kinesiology. This is when I began my journey to understand more about my own health and through this learning, I realised I could help others too.

I recovered and cured myself all through the application of kinesiology. Some years later I find myself training to practice kinesiology on others. I need to share this knowledge with those facing similar dilemmas. My motivation to begin the training being,’ that if I could help just one person, I would be happy’. I now realise I can help many people with a range of symptoms.

Whilst I respect that traditional medicine has its place, I am a firm believer that there is so much more to our being that needs to be corrected and in balance for us to live free from symptomatic pain, anxiety and stress and undergoing unnecessary surgical procedures. Kinesiology as a complimentary therapy can help with a range of aches and pains throughout the body. It can help with emotional struggles, the structural make-up of the body, identify supplements which the body requires to function to its full potential and ensure the energy flowing around our bodies is positive and balanced.

I have studied Applied Systematic Kinesiology and look forward to sharing this practice with you!

I am based in Chislehurst, which is easily accessible by public transport and there is plenty of easy parking nearby.

My Approach to Kinesiology

My approach to kinesiology is gentle, holistic and centred entirely on you. I see each person as unique, with their own story and set of needs, so every session is tailored rather than “one-size-fits-all.” Using a blend of muscle testing, observation and conversation, I aim to identify imbalances and underlying stressors that may be affecting your wellbeing. By working with your body’s natural feedback, kinesiology can highlight where support is needed and help restore a sense of balance physically, emotionally and energetically.

I also believe that true healing happens in a safe, supportive environment. During a session, my role is to guide and facilitate, but your body sets the pace. I’ll explain what I’m doing and why at each stage, so you feel comfortable and involved in the process. The techniques I use are gentle, non-invasive and chosen to suit you on that day, whether the goal is stress relief, better energy, or deeper self-understanding. My aim is for you to leave each appointment feeling clearer, calmer and empowered with practical steps to support your ongoing wellbeing.
